Our Story

Founded by Dr. Ramone C. Smith-Johnson, AxisEd Consulting was created at the intersection of leadership, learning, and innovation.
Dr. Smith-Johnson—a seasoned school administrator, professor, and leadership coach—saw the need for a consulting firm that could connect purpose with practice. Today, AxisEd serves clients across the nation, helping leaders create equitable systems and sustainable change.
